Entries: Capping at 8 teams, the last chance meet allows 3 individual entries in all events plus 2 relay teams in the 4x1 and 4x4 and 1 entry for the 4x800 relay. Deadline for entry is noon on 4/19 at 5pm. Since we are leaving the entries open so late, we will do scratches only the day of the meet. For horizontal field events, we will do a 3 attempts.
Entry Fee/Awards: The entry fee for this years Creekview Last Chance Meet is $200 per school. Checks should be made out to Creekview Track Booster. This year, there will be Team Championship and Runner-up trophies for the girls and boys teams, and medals for 1st -3rd places with the meet logo and event/place printed on them (scoring 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1). Awards are being provided by All-American Specialties. Again, this meet will close with the 8th registered team.
