Meet Information
Date: Wednesday, April 22nd 4:30 pm @ Creekview High School
Entries: Capping at 8 teams, the last chance meet allows 3 individual entries in all events plus 2 relay teams in the 4x1 and 4x4. Deadline for entry is 11:59 pm on 4/21. Since we are leaving the entries open so late, we will do scratches only the day of the meet. For horizontal field events, we will do a 4th attempt for the top 9 athletes in lieu of a full finals round.
Entry Fee/Awards: The entry fee for this years Creekview Last Chance Meet is $180 per school. Checks should be made out to Creekview Track. This year, there will be Team Championship and Runner-up trophies for the girls and boys teams, and medals for 1st -3rd places with the meet logo and event/place printed on them (scoring 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1). Awards are being provided by All-American Specialties. Again, this meet will close with the 8th registered team.

Event Assignments:
We will provide all event officials and volunteers. This should free everyone up to coach their kids and enjoy the meet!!
You may mail your entry fee to Creekview Track, 1550 Owens Store Rd. Canton, Ga 30115 prior to the meet or bring your check the day of the meet. Forward any questions to tim.smyrl@cherokee.k12.ga.us.
