Each school will be allowed 4 entries per individual running/field event and 3 relay teams per event.

8:00AM:Track/Field Event Areas Open for Warm-Ups/Run Throughs
8:30AM: Coaches Meeting
9:00 AM FIELD EVENTS (3 trials)(Participants report to their respective areas).
-Boys' Discus Throw (followed by Girls' Discus Throw)
-Girls' Shot Put (followed by Boys' Shot Put)
-Boys Pole Vault (followed by Girls PV)
-Girls' Long Jump (followed by Boys' Long Jump)
-Girls' High Jump (followed by Boys' High Jump)
-Girls Triple Jump (followed by Boys Triple Jump) (at conclusion of LJ)
11:30 Senior Recognition (Infield Needs to be cleared at this time).
12:30AM 3200 run (girls) (Arc Start)
12:40 AM 1600m Sprint Medley Relay (200, 200, 400, 800)
1:00PM 100m Dash
1:15PM - 100h/110h (Shuttle Hurdle Relay Cancelled)
1:30pm - 4x800m Relay
1:50PM - 4 x 100 Meter Throwers Relay (Throwers Only)
4 x 100 Meter Relay
4 x 100 Meter Coaches Relay
2:15PM - Distance Medley Relay (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
2:45PM - 400m Hurdles
3:05PM - 800m Sprint Medley (1-1-2-4)

3:45PM - 3200 Meter Run (boys)(Arc Start)
4:00PM - Mixed 4X400 Meter Relay (2 Boys & 2 Girls)

ALL participants in a running event should check in with the clerk of course in these areas to receive lane & heat assignments.***PLEASE NOTE: In those running events where more than one heat is contested, places will be determined by time!!!

-Warm Ups will take place on infield please limit your athletes on the field if they are not actively warming up or competing
