3:00 pm - Teams may start arriving on campus to begin setting up for the event 

3:45 pm - Coaches Meeting  

4:00 pm - Spectators allowed to arrive on location 

4:30 pm - Event #1: Varsity Girls 5K (top 7)

5:00 pm - Event #2: Varsity Boys 5K (top 7)

5:30 pm - Varsity Girls' Awards Ceremony; followed by Varsity Boys Awards Ceremony

5:40 pm - Event #3: JV Combined 5K (unlimited)

Boxes are assigned alphabetically, teams will keep the same box for all events.
