THE PARTICIPATION AND ENTRY LIMITATIONS RULE WAS MODIFIED TO COMPLY WITH NFHS RULE 4-2: 1.

A competitor shall not compete in more than four events, including relays but may be listed on any number of Relay Events. 2. A contestant shall not be entered in more than four events, excluding relays. If a contestant is entered in more than the allowable number of events, meet management shall scratch the contestant from the excess event(s) by following the listed order of events. PENALTY: A competitor who competes in more events than allowed by rule shall forfeit all individual places and points and shall be disqualified from further competition in that meet. In a relay event, the team's relay points and place(s) shall also be forfeited.

COACHES:

Upon arrival, please proceed to the Clerk of the Course's table to pick-up your Meet Packet ONLY IF YOU HAVE MADE payment. You will not be given a packet or allowed to compete if you haven't made payment.  Coaches we are going to need your help with the field events.

COACHES MEETING WILL START AT 8:45 AM IN THE CAFETERIA, WHERE BREAKFAST WILL BE SERVED

Field Events

(All Times are Tentative) Each athlete will get 3 throws/jumps, of which, their first successful attempt will be measured. All other measurements must meet the standards. We will work on a rolling schedule for field events

Shot Put (30ft/40ft.); Discus (80ft./100ft.) Long Jump (16ft./20ft.) Triple Jump (30 ft./38 ft.)

High Jump (starting height 4ft.-6in./5ft.-6in.) Pole Vault (starting height 6ft./7ft.)
