Meet Information
General Information and Entries:
Welcome to the Yellow Jacket Invitational! We are excited to have you attend and looking forward to great competition! Entries need to be uploaded to MileSplit. Password is march12, one word and all lower case.
Entries need to be submitted no later than March 10th at noon. No additions will be made after that date. If you need to make a change, please email me by Thursday evening so I can make the necessary changes in Meet Manager. There will be NO changes in seeding on Friday. You may still substitute one athlete for another, just have that athlete check in for the name of the original athlete in the event.
Coachs Meeting:
We will hold a coachs meeting at the start line at 2:30. We will also have a hospitality room available to coaches and drivers for dinner.
Admission Price:
$5 for students and adults. This includes parking and admission ticket. Children ages 3 and under are free.
Tents:
Tents may be set up underneath the back side of the bleachers. NO tents may be in the bleachers.
Concession Stand:
Please visit the concession stand throughout the meet. We will have a variety of drinks, snacks, pizza, and more.
Awards
Team trophies will be presented to the 1st and 2nd place teams.
Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places finishers.
Ribbons for 4th- 8th place finishers.
Bullpen
All field events will check in at the event location. 4x800 meter relay will check in at the start line. For the remaining running events, the bullpen will be located on the south portion of the field closest to the school. We will have bleachers there once we have completed discus.
Entries Fees:
$100 fee per school or $50 per team. Please bring the check or cash the day of the meet or mail to:
