SCHEDULE OF EVENTS FOR SATURDAY, APRIL 17, 2021

Each school will be allowed 4 entries per running and field event and 2 relays per team.

8:00AM:Track/Field Event Areas Open for Warm-Ups/Run Throughs

8:30AM: Coaches Meeting

 9:00 AM FIELD EVENTS (3 trails)(Participants report to their respective areas).

-Boys' Discus Throw (followed by Girls' Discus Throw)

-Girls' Shot Put (followed by Boys' Shot Put)

-Boys Pole Vault (followed by Girls PV)

-Girls' Long Jump (followed by Boys' Long Jump) 

-Girls' High Jump (followed by Boys' High Jump)

-Girls Triple Jump (followed by Boys Triple Jump) (at conclusion of LJ)

RUNNING EVENTS: The order of all running event heats will be girls followed by boys.(Please note any/all exceptions below.) If we get ahead of schedule, we will run ahead.

10:00 AM 4x800 Relay

10:30AM  300 Meter Hurdles (30"/36")

11:00 AM Senior Recognition

12:15 PM RUNNING EVENTS: The order of all running event heats will be girls followed by boys.(Please note any/all exceptions below.) If we get ahead of schedule, we will run ahead.

-4X100 Meter Relay

-4x100 Coaches Relay

-1600 Meter Run (Arc Start)

-400 Meter Dash-

100 Meter Dash

-100M Hurdles / 110M Hurdles (33"/39")

-800 Meter Run (One-Curve Stagger)-

-200 Meter Dash

-3200 Meter Run (Arc Start)

-4X400 Meter Relay

ALL participants in a running event should check in with the clerk of course in these areas to receive lane & heat assignments.***PLEASE NOTE: In those running events where more than one heat is contested, places will be determined by time!!!

Meet Fee: Coaches, please bring $125 (one gender) or $200 (both Boys & Girls) payable to "Shiloh High School Track and Field".

Awards: Top 3 finishers per event (medals) and the top team for both Boys and Girls (trophy).

COVID Protocols:

-Athletes/Spectators are expected to wear their masks at all times.

-Social distancing guidelines will be in full effect (6ft).

-All teams are assigned a seating area (see stadium map attached) & tents are to be placed in the top level of the assigned area to keep from obstructing the view of our spectators.

-Warm Ups will take place on the football practice field up the hill next to the tennis courts.

-Athletes not currently competing in events should not be on the infield (coaches please monitor your athletes/no hanging out on the infield).

-Temperatures will be checked at the entrance and masks are expected to be worn at all times unless currently warming up or competing but social distancing should still be followed.

-Please bring water for your teams and only bring athletes that are competing in the meet.
