2021 Titan Challenge Middle School Invitational
COVID UPDATE: Coaches, your help would be greatly appreciated if you could help keep athletes off the field when they are not competing in an event or warming up. Once an athlete's race is finished, that athlete needs to return to the stands/team tent. We also want to encourage all attendees to practice social distancing and wear a face mask (especially when checking in for an event please). Thankyou!

Entries are limited to 3 PER SCHOOL PER EVENT for all individual events.
This is the 9th Annual Titan Challenge Middle School Invite after a very successful Inaugural meet in 2012. This invite is open to 16 teams MAX. This is a showcase meet and will feature the best MS athletes in the NEGA area. Schools from outside the area are also welcome to compete! If there is more demand, more schools may be allowed entry. Club teams are welcome to compete this season.

Event Combinations are:
2 Relays + 1 Individual Running + 1 Field Events
2 Relays + 2 Field Events
2 Relays + 2 Individual Running Events
1 Relay + 2 Individual Track + 1 Field Event
1 Relay + 1 Individual Track + 1 Field Event
*This will allow a few more of your roster to compete in the meet. PLEASE, follow the honor system and not exceed the limit allowed.

Field Events: Will begin promptly 4:15 PM
4:15 Discus Boys/ Shot Girls
4:15 HJ Girls
4:15 Pole Vault (boys/girls)
4:15 LJ Boys/LJ Girls
5:15 3200M (During Field Events)
5:15 HJ Boys
5:15 Discus Girls/ Shot Boys
5:15 TJ Girls/TJ Boys
Evening Track Events (6:15 PM start time - then rolling schedule)
4x100 Relay (2 relay teams per school)
1600m (depending on entries, there may be 2 heats)
There will be a short break between the 200 and 4x400
4x400m Relay (2 relay teams per school)
Field Event Standards:
Horizontal Jumps & Throws- 3 Attempts Finals
Minimum Mark for Measure: (minimum distance will be marked/lined off) Minimums have been lowered this season...
Shot Put- Girls: 20-0, Boys: 25-0 (Everyone's 1st successful attempt will be measured- non Foul)
Discus- Girls: 50-0; Boys: 70-0 (Everyone's 1st successful attempt will be measured- non Foul
Long Jump- Girls: 12-0; Boys: 14-0 (Everyone's 1st successful attempt will be measured- non-Foul)
Triple Jump- Girls: 20-0; Boys: 25-0 (Everyone's 1st successful attempt will be measured- non Foul)
HJ/ (Starting Heights: 3-10 Girls; 4-6 Boys)
PV/ (Starting Heights: 5-0 Girls; 6-0 Boys)
Team Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd immediately following 4x400 Relay
Medals: Top 3 each individual and relay team members. (put in team packets for coach pickup)*
Registration Fees: Please bring your entry fee to the team check in, make check out to Titan Club (NO CASH)
Boys and Girls Team $125
Unattached $10 per athlete (home schoolers and club athletes are allowed to compete, but do not score team points (3 event maximum)
Head coach, the team check in tent will be inside the gate to the right of the stands. Here, you will be checked in and give your entry fee to the clerk. (DO NOT BRING CASH) Checks need to made out to 'Titan Club' for $125.00
You will receive a copy of the heat/flight sheets also for the events. Heat sheets will be available on MileSplit the day before the meet.
Individual check in at same tent, $10 per athlete (Cash accepted)
