TROUP COUNTY PYNE ROAD PARK, LAGRANGE, GA
9:00 a.m. Middle School Boys and Girls
9:30 a.m. Varsity Girls
10:00 a.m. Varsity Boys
10:30 a.m. Girls Junior Varsity
11:00 a.m. Boys Junior Varsity
COURSE: 3.1 miles. Two loops of wooded trails and grassy fields. Most of the course can be easily viewed and is well-marked and easy to follow. The relatively flat, 75% shaded trails can have challenging footing. MS race will be one loop of the course approximately 1.5 miles.
AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded in the chute for placing 1-25 in each race.
PARKING: Buses and cars will be parked separately.
LOCATION: The park lies approximately 10 miles west of downtown LaGrange. With traffic, it is approximately a 10 minute trip from the downtown (square) of LaGrange. Please be prepared! There are limited changing areas at the park.
Entry Fee
Please fax entry forms to Mark Lindstrom, Fax 706-812-7937. Please call Mark at 706-812-7935 to ensure there is room in the race as there will be a limit to the number of teams allowed. The fee is $25 per race. Max charge to a school is $75.00. Middle school is $5 per individual or a max charge of $25 per team. There will be a limit of seven runners for each team in the varsity races and it will be unlimited in the middle school and junior varsity races.
Please make out checks or Purchase Orders to LaGrange High School and mail to Mark Lindstrom c/o Troup County School System, Transportation Department, 100 North Davis Road, LaGrange, GA 30241.
