Meet Information
To all Region 3-AAAAAA Cross Country Coaches:
The Region Cross Country Meet will be held on October 27, 2020 at 4:30pm at
Wildwood park- 3780 Dogwood Ln, Appling, GA 30802.
The course is a 5K true cross country course that covers mostly dirt trails except for a couple road crossings.
Meet Schedule:
4:00 - Coaches meeting/last chance to change roster/declare top 7
4:30 - Varsity Boys (7)
5:00 - Varsity Girls (7)
5:30 - JV boys and girls (unlimited)

INITIAL Deadline for electronic submission of Region/Area rosters on GHSA MIS site (https://app.ghsa.net/node) Changes to rosters may be made until the deadline established by each Region or Area, prior to the beginning of Region / Area Meet competition. (Changes may be made at the coaches meeting October 27th).

Please also email me names of those athletes not on the list of 12 but are going to compete in the JV competition by October 23 so I can get these names in the computer.
All GHSA rules will be enforced.
