• Teams should register on Milesplit.
• Only 10 teams will be allowed.
• $50 per gender; $100 per school for timing company and medals for top 3 finishers in each event.
• Entries must be submitted by March 21st at noon. No race day additions.
• 4 athletes per individual event; 2 relay teams per school

4:00 PM - Coaches meeting

4:30 PM - 100m hurdles

4:45 PM - Boys Shot/ Girls High Jump / Boys Long Jump / Girls Triple Jump / Girls Discus

5:30 PM - Girls Shot / Boys High Jump / Girls Long Jump / Boys Triple Jump / Boys Discus

6:00PM - OTHER RUNNING EVENTS: The order of all common running event heats will be girls followed by boys.
