Meet Information
We are excited to host this 3200m Tune Up! Come test out the fitness you have gained during cross country season as you head in to winter training for track! With NXR and Footlocker canceled, this is a great chance to rip a fast 3200!
Registration will be done on Milesplit. If you want to enter but cannot enter on Milesplit, please email Coach Gambrell
When entering, please make sure to include a seed time.
$5 entry per spectator. Spectators are asked wear a mask and social distance! Children 10 and under are free.
Times will be FAT.
Athletes will run unattached as it is past the GHSA competition date. NO SCHOOL UNIFORMS ARE ALLOWED!
$5 entry fee per athlete. Maximum $100 per team (both genders included)
You can mail checks now or bring them to the race. We will also accept cash/card at the race.

5:15pm: Gates Open
6:00pm: MS Girls
6:20pm: MS Boys
The HS races will be mixed gender and seeded based on time to ensure the most competitive races as possible. Heats will be run slowest to fastest.
6:40pm: HS Heat 1
7:00pm: HS Heat 2
7:15pm: HS Heat 3
7:30pm: HS Heat 4
7:45pm: HS Heat 5
FINAL Heats as of 11/19 @ 7:30pm
