FAT timing and full concessions.

Entries:

6 Entries (2 scoring), 3 relay entries all events contested.

8 entries in 800, 1600,

Entries will be made via ga.milesplit.com

Admission:

Admission will be $5.00.

Please announce the admission fee to your parents and fans.

Children under 10 are free.

Concessions:

There will be full concessions.

Coaches Hospitality:

There will be coaches hospitality it will be located on the top floor of the press box.

Scoring/Awards:

SCORING Top 8 places will be scored Traditional Format

Trophies for top 2 teams each gender

Medals for top 3 in each event and relays.

Parking:

Athletes can dropped off top of baseball field near signage board by gym. Please have your bus park in lower lot by the baseball hitting facility gate will be open for drivers to enter stadium.

Check in:

Check in for field events will be at the event.

All athletes in running events must check in with the clerk under visitors stands.

Please keep all athletes that are not staged to participate in the next event in the stands (home-side).

Warm-ups will take place on field 30 yd. sector opposite of scoreboard. Athletes may also warm up on Grass football field at conclusion of throwing events.

Pole vault verification:

Please turn in completed pole vault verification forms at the coaches meeting.

Team site:

Please Keep all tents at the top of the stadium opposite Press box on home side and at top of stadium on the visitors side.

Second Session 10:00 AM:

B Long Jump (minimum mark 18-0)

B High Jump (starting height 5-4)

G Shot Put (minimum mark 27-0)

Coaches Meeting will take place at 8:15 AM Long Jump will begin at 8:30 AM all other field events will start at 9:00. Payment,hospitality room wrist bands and meet packets can be picked at this time.There will only be 1 for 1 swaps on the day of the meet.
