Meet Information
The 1st Annual Crisp County High School Invitational will be held at the Crisp County High School Cross Country course. We will be hosting the meet on Wednesday, October 9th, 2019. The varsity course is a 5k track with a wide start and spectator friendly finish. The 1 mile marker for the varsity races is in very close proximity to the start line. The middle school course is a 2 mile track.
Races:
3:45 pm - Course Open for Preview/Packet Pick-Up
4:30 pm - HS Girls Race (Unlimited Entries)
5:15 pm - HS Boys Race (Unlimited Entries)
5:50 pm - Combined MS Boys/ MS Girls Race (Unlimited Entries)
If the entry field for MS is too large we will run separate races
5:50 pm - MS Girls Race (Unlimited Entries)
6:15 pm - MS Boys Race (Unlimited Entries)
Entry fees:
$50 for varsity girls and $50 for varsity boys. If both girls and boys varsity teams are entered, the cost is $85. There will be no fee for middle school teams if both varsity girls and boys teams are participating. Middle School entry fee is $25 per team (boys and girls).
Entry deadline is Friday, October 4th
PARKING: We will have volunteers helping to park the vehicles in the student parking lot. We will charge $5.00 per car. Coaches please let your parents know their will be a charge per vehicle. Coaches tell parents that we will not allow parking until after 3:45. Thanks
Coaches, buses will be allowed to park starting at 3:40. We will wait for the school crowd to clear out and then have designated areas for the buses and tents. Thanks for the cooperation.

Team trophies will be awarded to the top three teams. Individual awards will be presented to the top 5 finishers in the varsity and middle school races.
Team packets can be picked up the day of the meet at the registration tent. The Crisp County XC course is located at Crisp County High School- 2402 Cougar Alley- Cordele, GA 31015
