Entry Fee:
$100 per team (boys & girls) or $75 per gender individually.
*We will start the meet promptly at 3:45 PM. Leave for the meet early-traffic into northeastern Gwinnett County is terrible on a good day.
COACHES: Upon arrival, please proceed to the Clerk of the Course's table (under the pavilion) to pick-up your Meet Packet.
*Coaches we are going to need your help with the field events.
ADMISSION:
General admission is $5 for Adults and students are free. Concessions will be available at the meet.
* All seating is in the West Stands and home side.(along the finish line straight away).
GENERAL:
" spikes only...; please help us maintain the surface.
Please instruct your athletes regarding the uniform and jewelry rules in order to avoid rule infractions and disqualification.
Athletes are not allowed on the infield at any time. The Clerk of the Course tent will be set up on the Home side of the football field. At check-in, they will be held in a staging area pending the start of their event. We will have warm up boundaries' marked off in the in-field. Any athlete found in the infield for any reason other than Warm-up or competition without permission will be disqualified.
All events will be contested as finals.

We will not have hurdles or relays.
Events: 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, (LJ, TJ, HJ, PV: 2 Jumps) (Shot and Discuss: 3 Throws) No Finals
FIELD EVENTS:
Participants should report to their respective competition areas. Best throw out of 3.
3 trials each in Discus Throw, Long Jump, Shot Put, Triple Jump.
Field events start at 3:45 PM.
RUNNING EVENTS:
The order of all running event heats will be girls followed by boys. Running events will be on a rolling schedule starting at 4:30 PM.

5:00 PM - 100M Run
5:30 PM - 400M Run
6:00 PM - 800M Run

We may have 1 heat of a 4x400 meter relay after the 200 if we have time.

Entries will be due February 11, 2020 by 9:59 pm.
