*** Note to coaches: A school may choose to enter one team in the Varsity Race, one team in the Championship Varsity Race and one Team in the Championship Junior Varsity Race and unlimited athletes in the J.V. Race. Entry Deadline and Payment Deadline: Wednesday, September 4, 2019 @9:00PM

* Register All athletes including J.V Boys and J.V Girls Race at 1:00pm All registered athletes will be chipped

Timing: Chip Timing will be used: The Perfect Timing Group (Please Return All chips not being used to finishline area.) Schools will be charged $20 for chips not returned or lost chips.
Awards: - Trophies to top 3 teams in each scored race
* Top 10 runners will be given medals in the chute
* Teams will be called to finish line area to receive trophies as results are posted
Sanction: Georgia, other states upon request ( let us know at least 2 weeks prior the meet )
Team Packet: Pick up at tent next to finish line
T-Shirts: Northwest Design will do custom T-shirts on site.
Admission: $5 per person. Please tell all parents and spectators.
