| OUR MEET IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN NO LATER THAN 4:30pm. We will have a coaches meeting promptly at 4:15pm. Each coach will be responsible for judging a field event. | |
| During the running events we need to keep our athletes in their designated area unless his/her event has been called. Athletes on the field should be instructed to remain behind the cones at all times. No athletes are allowed near the timing area. This will be strictly enforced. | |
