Jeff Davis County Cross Country programs would like to invite you to participate in the 3rd Annual Southern Georgia Cross Country Championship on Wednesday, September 25that Jeff Davis Middle School. Our goal is to make this one of the largest and most competitive meets in South Georgia for MS and HS. Entries are open to GHSA, GISA, and GICAA schools with races for MS, JV (combined Boys and girls), and Varsity (Top 7 Runners).

PARKING: Parents and spectators are encouraged to carpool. School parking is limited (about 300 spots). Please do not park across the road at the church. Your vehicle will be towed if you park there.

Admission: Please let your parents know that we will be charging $5.00 for parking.

Concessions: Concessions will be available.

T-Shirts: Northwest Designs Ink will be on site to print custom t-shirt. The cost of shirts varies but the range is typically $20-$35.

Races:

3:15 pm - Course Open for Preview/Packet Pick-Up

4:00 pm - MS Boys Championship 3200m (Unlimited Entries)

4:25 pm - MS Girls Championship 3200m (Unlimited Entries)

4:50 pm - JV Race Combined (Unlimited Entries)

5:30 pm - HS Boys 5k Championship (Top 7 + Alternate Only)

6:00 pm - HS Girls Championship (Top 7 + Alternate Only)

Entry Fees:

Varsity Team = $100 per school or $50 for Boys or Girls (Single Team)

Varsity Individual Athletes = $10 , if not fielding a full team

Middle Team = $60 per school or $30 for Boys or Girls (Single Team)

Middle School Individual Athletes = $10, if not fielding a full team

Checks should be made out to Jeff Davis High School Cross Country.
