Each team may enter 2 athletes in each individual event. Each team may enter 2 relay teams in each relay event.

***Attn: We will run running events and field events at the same time. Athletes will be responsible for communicating with field event officials to check out and back in for a running event. High Jump and Pole Vault will not wait for athletes. The venues are close to the start finish line and athletes can easily check out for a heat and quickly return.

Oconee-Barberitos Track Classic Meet Day Information
Bus Parking/Parking: Park buses adjacent to the main practice field. There is a drive that leads toward the stadium from the main parking lot. Or, use the main parking lot if space is available. Cars should use the main parking lots at OCHS.
***NO PARKING ON THE GRAVEL ROAD BEHIND THE BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL FIELDS.
Admission: Fee: $5.00 Adults / $4.00 Students K-12. All spectators should enter through the main ticket gate.
Concessions: Will be open throughout the meet. The hospitality room is for coaches and officials only. Head coaches will be given meal tickets at the coaches meeting to distribute to their staff. We will feed the bus drivers at our concession stand.
Check-In: All races will be clerked on the infield. The clerk can easily be accessed from the warm-up field. Once checked in, athletes should remain in the clerk area until called for their races. Athletes must be checked in by 3rd call.
Warm-Ups: ABSOLUTELY NO WARM-UPS ON THE INFIELD. All warm-ups will take place on the back practice field adjacent to shot and discus.
Team Tents: Teams may put up tents in the visitors side or the home side. Tents on the home side should be at the TOP of the stadium so that spectator view is not obstructed. Teams that put tents below the top of the home side will be asked to move.
