Oconee-Barberitos Track Classic Meet Day Information
Bus Parking: If you arrive before 3:30-Please park buses along the drive that leads from the main student lot down toward the stadium. If you arrive after 3:30 you may park in the main (large) student parking lot.DO NOT drive buses onto the gravel road behind the baseball field. This is a congested area in the afternoons.
THE GRAVEL ROAD BEHIND OUR BASEBALL FIELD IS CLOSED TO ANY PARKING.
Admission: Fee: $5.00 Adults / $3.00 Students K-12 All spectators should enter through the main ticket gate.
Concessions: Will be open throughout the meet The hospitality room is for coaches, officials, and bus drivers only.Head coaches will be given meal tickets at the coaches meeting to distribute to their staff and bus driver.
All races will be clerked on the infield near the high jump area. All warm-ups will take place on the back practice field (where most of the field events take place. ABSOLUTELY NO WARM-UPS ON THE INFIELD. The clerk can easily be accessed from the warm-up field. Once checked in, athletes should remain in the clerk area until called for their races. Athletes must be checked in by 3rd call.
At the conclusion of the high jump the only coaches who should be on the infield are coaches who are helping officiate running events.Team Tents- Teams may put up tents in the visitors side or the home side. Tents on the home side should be at the TOP of the stadium so that spectator view is not obstructed. Teams that put tents below the top of the home side will be asked to move.
