10:30 a.m.2 Mile Middle School Boys & Girls Combined (unlimited entries) Top 15 Medals
11:00 a.m. Open J.V. Girls (Unlimited entries) Top 15 Medals
11:30 a.m. Open J.V. Boys (Unlimited entries) Top 15 Medals
Championship JV - This is the only JV division that will have team scores. Coaches may decide not to compete in this division if their teams are not competitive enough. Coaches can also decide to run fewer than 15 athletes.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED (except service animals)
ROSTER AND TIMING SERVICES
The deadline for the rosters is Wednesday SEPTEMBER 13th MIDNIGHT. No roster changes will be allowed.
The Perfect Timing Group will be used to record the finishers and results will be posted as quickly as possible at ga.milesplit.com.
TEAM AWARDS
Top 4 Teams will receive trophies in the Varsity Races
Top 3 Teams will receive trophies in the Championship J.V. Races
Gwinnett Cup awarded to team with lowest combined Varsity, Junior Varsity Boys & Girls score. 2015 Winner: Mill Creek 2016 Winner: Brookwood
AMENITIES AND CONCESSIONS
Port-a-Johns will be provided at the site.
Concessions will be available through GIHP vendors.
ADMISSION FEE: $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for students, children 5 and under are free
ENTRY FEE: $275 If you do not mail the check by September 18, 2017, please bring the check to the check-in table the day of the event.

***Teams not paying the morning of or received by mail on 9/15 will be charged a $25 late fee.
***Pick up Team Packets with race numbers/foot chips at the check-in tent. Teams will be financially responsible for any foot chips not turned in.***
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Teams attending the Gwinnett County Meet should recruit 3 adult volunteers during all races from each school to:
1. Work the shoe chip removal area for all races
2. Work the water table
DIRECTIONS:
Georgia International Horse Park
1996 Centennial Olympic Parkway
Conyers, GA 30013
Take Exit 82 off Interstate 20 in Conyers. Travel North approximately 4 miles. Turn right onto Centennial Olympic Parkway. The main entrance to the Park is 2 miles ahead on the right.
An alternative route to the Park is via Salem Road (Exit 84) off Interstate 20. Take Exit 84 and travel North approximately 1 mile. At Gees Mill Road, turn right and the Georgia International Horse Park Gate A is 2.5 miles on the right. To continue to the main gate (Gate C), continue past Gate A and turn right at the stop sign onto Centennial Olympic Parkway. The main entrance will be on your right.
Alternate Route (Non Interstate) GA 20 East to right on Rosebud. Continue on to Millers Bottom Road (formerly Rosebud). Turn right on GA 138 West to left on to Costley Mill Rd. Take a right on Gees Mill road then your 1st left to stay on Gees Mill Road. Follow signs to race.
