Meet Information
*****Because of the weather, we have to push everything up 1 hour. We will start the coaches meeting at 10am, and field events start at 10:30*****
New Track and Field Facilities. 2 year old track that includes: (Beynon BSS 300 8 lane track, 2 Beynon BSS 300 jump pits, 1 Beynon BSS 300 high jump pit with new mats, 1 Beynon BSS 300 pole vault pit with new mats, 1 shot put circle, 1 discus circle with new cage). All (IAAF certified)
Total cost for girls and boys team is $150.00. ($80 per squad); make check to: HHS Patriot Track and Field Club.

Meet Notes:
The top 3 individual finishers in each event will be awarded medals; top 3 teams will receive trophies.
Event limitations are 3 individual events per team per event and 2 relays per team for the 4x100 and 1 per team for the 4x400m
We will start the meet promptly at 9:30 AM.
COACHES: Upon arrival, please proceed to the Clerk of the Course's table to pick-up your Meet Packet.
Coaches we are going to need your help with the field events.
ADMISSION: General admission is $5.
All seating is on the Home Side Stands (along the finish line straight away).
We will use chalk instead of tape on our track. Please tell your athletes to NOT put tape down on the track, nor the jumping pits. We will provide chalk.

Please instruct your athletes regarding the uniform and jewelry rules. Prepare for Championship Season.
Athletes are not allowed on the infield at any time. The Clerk of the Course tent will be set up on the Home side of the football field. At check-in, they will be held in a staging area pending the start of their event. We will have warm up boundaries' marked off in the infield.
All events will be contested as finals. Heats will be run slowest to fastest, based on seed times.

Each athlete will get 3 throws/jumps, of which, their first successful attempt will be measured. All other measurements must meet the standards. Top 9 in girls and boys shot put, discus, long jump, and triple jump will have a final (3 additional throws/jumps). We will work on a rolling schedule for field events
