Runners per Team

Varsity/Championship Races - 7 runners

Junior Varsity Championship - 20 Runners

Junior Varsity - 35 Runners

Middle School/Open - Unlimited

Race Assignments:

Up to 35 teams will be selected to run in the Championship division. Those schools will run in the JV Championship races. Teams will be announced by September 19. All other Varsity teams will run in the Varsity and JV Divisions. The Open 3K is for all teams in attendance.

Registration Cost:

$ 250 -- Per High School (both genders)

$ 150 -- High School Varsity Team (per gender)

$ 50 - Middle School Team (per gender)

$ 10 - Individual/Incomplete teams

*Fees include a Varsity race and entry into any JV race

**There will be a $50 late fee if payment is not received by September 1

Checks will not be accepted on race day

Timing: Delta Timing Group to provide automatic chip timing for all races. Races will be timed using a b-tag on the back of each runners bib. We will have split times for each mile and live scoring visible in the festival area.

Awards: The top 10 individuals in each race will receive a medal at the awards ceremony. The top 3 teams in each Varsity and JV division will receive a trophy. There will be no team awards ceremony for the open races.

Concessions: Cartersville High School will be providing concessions throughout the event. All proceeds go directly to Cartersville High School Booster program.

Parking: will be available at the race site for $5.00 per car. Bus Parking will be free and located offsite.
