4:30 PM disc (b/g), LJ (b/g), shot (g/b), HJ (g,b)
4:45 PM 3200m
5:00 PM 4x100, 1600m, 400m, 100m, 100/110 hurdles, 800m, 200m, 300 hurdles, 4x400m
Event limits:
The 100, 200, and 400 will be limited to 6 per team (boys & girls), and the relays to 2 per team (boys & girls) Also, I ask that you follow standard rules (state championship meet guidelines) about the number/type of events any one athlete can compete in.
Help - we are asking visiting teams to completely staff & run in the following areas:
Holy Innocents Long Jump
Notre Dame/Walker Discus
Exchange zones HI (zone 1), ND (zone 2), Walker (3)
Medallions will be given to the top two finishers in each race. Trophies will be given to the top two schools.
