Shots and Discus will be inspected, weighed, and marked.
Each school may enter two athletes in each individual event and two relay teams.
All heats and flights will be set according to times, distances, and heights from entry form. Please use only verified times from Georgia MileSplit. If an athlete does not have a mark on Georgia MileSplit, do not enter a mark.
All teams are required to remain off the infield during the running events. Coaches may be on the infield, and are therefore responsible for their athletes. If athletes are on the infield without permission they may be disqualified.
We will be scoring 8 places in each event as per White Book

Champion and runner up trophies will be presented at conclusion of the meet. Individual Medals will be presented during the meet.
All GHSA rules and regulations will be followed. Please make sure athletes report to their event compliant with uniform rules. Jewelry has been approved as of the 2018 rules changes. See page 5.
All field events will be 1 flight only with a maximum of 10 participants. Flight participants will receive 4 attempts. The top 4 overall marks qualify for State Sectionals.
Spectators are not allowed inside the fenced area. Only coaches/athletes may be inside the fence on Wednesday during field events.
Results will be posted on the wall at the concession area and will be announced during the meet.
The control tent is for timers and clerk only. No coach should enter unless summoned over the PA system.
Hip numbers are to be placed on the side of the left hip.
Athletes competing in events held at the same time should report to both the Field Judge and the Clerk of the Course. Vertical events take precedence over horizontal events.
Coaches please send results from field events to the control tent immediately at the conclusion of the event. You DO NOT need to place or score marks, every mark will be entered by the scorer from Perfect Timing Group at the control tent.
Relay Teams
Relay teams including alternates must consist of up to 6 separate athletes. No athlete should be on Team A AND Team B for any given relay.
Check-In
