Nike Panther Relays moves to a Friday and Saturday schedule, March 3rd and 4th 2017!
We have a few more exciting new additions to the Relays. Friday will be JV events with Varsity 100m pre-lims, SMR and the 3200m. We will also have some varsity Field events on Friday! The 100m SHOWCASE is BACK as well as other events showcasing the talent in Georgia and other states.
COACHES 4x400 RELAY on FRIDAY NIGHT!
We will have 5 elite events with stellar fields in the 1600m Showcase, the 100m Showcase, Pole Vault Showcase, the Discus and Shot Put Showcase
We resurfaced the track in the fall and it is ready for your team
We expanded the meet from 35 team to 40 teams as well as out of state schools
You can count on the same meet elements as past years:
Outstanding teams and athletes across the distance, field, and sprint events coming together for deep talented fields
Coaches get to coach their athletes and do NOT have to work the meet- our trained team will take care of the meet.
Outstanding facilities for the athletes, hospitality for the coaches, and a spectator friendly venue for the fans.
Outstanding meet management to keep the meet moving, so you and you athlete can focus on competing.
Meet 2 USA Olympians and talk with them, take photos, get autographs and get your awards from: Will announce as we get closer to the meet.
All in all, it will be a great opportunity for your athletes including your JV athletes to achieve outstanding performances and to experience an awesome day and a half of track & field.
This year our venue will feature a the HD Jumbo Scoreboard with live results from The Perfect Timing Group being posted after each race as well as live video of all Track and Field Events! In addition to this new feature, our facility has a brand new resurfaced 8 lane track, new hurdles, a new pole vault pit, 2 discus areas, 2 high jump pits, and 2 shot put areas. All timing will be FAT. Another great opportunity for your JV athletes to have an offical time posted to Georgia milesplit website.
Individual entry limits: Individuals may enter 2 individual events and 3 relays. 5 event max.
ALL ENTRIES DUE BY 10:59am on TUESDAY, February 28th.
Each team will be allowed two individual entries per field event and individual running, and one team per relay. Scoring will be top 8 places.
Awards: Top 4 teams get trophies and we will medal the top EIGHT places after each event on the 50 yard line. For the JV athletes the top 3 athletes will medal!
