MEET OVERVIEW
We will be running for the 2nd time on the new and improved permanent course that City of Roswell has constructed for cross country with fewer turns, wider running paths and more shade, with sections running close to the Chattahoochee River. Most of the course is crushed gravel and the rest is grass. As always, great music, good food, awesome T-shirts!

ADMISSION:
$5 per person or $10 for a family. No bills over $20 please.

6:00-9:00am Packet pick up near the finish chute (**New location this year!**)
7:30am JV B Girls and Boys 3200M
8:10am Varsity Girls (10 runners faster than 30 min)
8:45am Varsity Boys (10 runners faster than 30 min)
9:15am JV Girls (max 35 runners faster than 35 min)*
9:55am JV Boys (max 35 runners faster than 30 min)*
10:30am Middle School Boys 3200M
10:55am Middle School Girls 3200M
* If we dont reach the max # of 360 in the JV races, teams will be allowed to add to the 35 runner limit.

BUSES
Buses must arrive after 6:30 when the bus lane opens at the park. Buses will leave the park and can park at Holcomb Bridge Middle School (1.8 miles west of the park). For pickup, buses will queue up at the same location. Coaches - please do not call for your team bus until your team is fully ready. Space in the bus lane is limited and teams must board quickly for departure.

SPECIAL ACCESS PARKING TEAMS & VENDORS
One vehicle per team will be allowed to transport tents and equipment to tent areas. These support vehicles can park inside the park, but they must arrive before 6:15 am before the bus loop shuts off vehicle access to the park. A special permit will be mailed to each team about one week prior to race day.

GENERAL PARKING, HANDICAPPED & RUNNER DROP-OFF
All spectators and additional team vehicles will park on the north side of Holcomb Bridge Road at the Deer Valley Golf Driving Range. Police officers, signs, and barricades will point you in this direction. If coming from Roswell turn left into parking; if coming from Norcross, turn right into parking. Officers will assist pedestrians with crossing Holcomb Bridge Road into the park.

Handicapped and runner drop-offs will also turn into the driving range but will follow a separate loop. Please look for signs and follow volunteer instructions. We will have golf carts assisting those in need.

If the driving range reaches parking capacity, our overflow lot will be on the Norcross side of the river in the River Exchange office complex. This might happen during the arrival of middle school families. Please be on the lookout for new traffic patterns as directed by signage, officers, and parking volunteers.

TIMING (new technology!)
The Perfect Timing Group will again provide timing services. This year, we will use our new advanced timing system for immediate and accurate results and live streaming. The runners will need to attach chips to their shoes. Volunteers will be in the finish chute to help remove the chips and collect them. Your school will be charged for any chips not returned.
Results will be posted near the park pavilion ASAP. They will also be posted on our MileSplit results page.

TEAM FEES
HS: $250 per high school ($125 per girls' or boys' high school team).
HS teams with less than 10 runners: $100 per gender, $200 per team.
MS: $150 per middle school team
MS teams with less than 10 runners: $10 per runner
