Registration Opens August 24

Race Selection
Up to 30 teams will be selected to run in the Championship Varsity Races. Selection committee will announce the teams no later than September 20. Coaches are asked to submit preference, but race committee will reserve the right to place teams in the best interest of the meet.

Athlete entries due no later than 12:00 p.m. September 19

Awards
Top 21 Individuals in each race will receive a medal
Top 10 in varsity races will receive a shirt
Top 3 team awards will be given in all races except JV Open

Timing and Sanctioning: The race will be professionally chip timed with clocks at each mile marker and the finish line. The race will be NFHS and GHSA sanctioned for Georgia schools and other states upon request.

Registration Cost:
$ 250 Per High School (both genders)
$ 150 High School Varsity Team (per gender)
$ 50 - Middle School Team (per gender)
$ 10 - Individual/Incomplete teams
*Junior Varsity included in Varsity Entry Fee
**There will be a $50 late fee if payment is not received by September 1

Concessions: Cartersville High School will be providing concessions throughout the event. All proceeds go directly to Cartersville High School Booster program.

Parking: will be available at the race site for $5.00 per car. Bus Parking will be free and located offsite.
