Varsity races limited to 10 entrants per team.
Open and JV races unlimited entries.
Meet Fees: $10 per person with a maximum of $100 per team or $200 per school
Late entry Fee: Double entry fee

Entry fees must be received before race bibs will be distributed. If you cannot mail the check by Monday, August 25, please bring it in person to packet pick-up on race day. Cash also accepted on race day.
Location: Berry College, Rome, GA on US HWY 27, two miles north of downtown Rome. Races start and finish in the Clara Bowl adjacent to the Ford Buildings. Directions available: http://www.berry.edu/directions/

The course will be open for inspection on Friday, August 29.
Awards: Open: top 10 male and female individuals
HS varsity: top 4 teams and top 20 individuals
HS JV: top 10 male and female individuals
Results: Finish results are being tabulated with Bib tag timing technology. They will be announced and posted as soon as possible near the check-in tent. Full results will be posted on the Berry College web site; http://www.berryvikings.com/landing/index
HS Sanctions: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, South Carolina, and Tennessee. We will be pleased to pursue any other requests.
Parking: There will be a $5 parking fee for all cars. Team buses will park for free. Berry Campus Security will be coordinating parking and traffic flow in a manner that is safe and efficient both for this event and normal campus activities. Your patient cooperation and understanding is a big asset.
Medical: Medical attention will be available at stations behind the finish. Please be advised that race day conditions are often hot, humid, and physically challenging. Coaches are responsible for the well-being of each athlete and should consider each athletes fitness before entry in the meet.
T-Shirts and Concessions: For sale under the Check-in tent.
Facilities: No dressing rooms are available. Port-a-johns will be provided.
