Course description: The course is mostly grass and dirt with a couple of concrete asphalt areas to cross (both less than 40m in length). It is hilly and rolling throughout with the 2nd mile of both races being the most challenging. Spikes are suggested, but not required. It has some areas that have steep uphill and downhill descents, but overall the course has good footing. Any other specific questions may be addressed to Coach Ward.
