The schedule is as follows:
7 - 7:45am packet pick up.
7 - 8:15am course open for warm-ups
8am Coaches Meeting
8:30am Varsity Girls
9:00am Varsity Boys
9:30am JV Girls
10:00 JV Boys
10:30am Awards
Note:A USATF Junior Olympic XC Meet starts at 11am with 600 youth; we hope to make this a great day for youth running with fans/athletes from each meet to come early/ stay later to cheer for each other.
Entry Fee:
No Meet Entry Fee for schools for this meet (all meet expenses covered by spectator entry fees)
Spectator Fee: $5 Spectator / $3 Student
*Max $20 per car
*Children 10 or younger are free
*Please share this with your parents*
*Vehicles may enter either the Redwine Road entrance or the Bernhard entrance until 8:20. At 8:20 we will close the Bernhard Road entrance in preparation for the race.
Awards:
For Varsity Races:
Individual Medals for the Top 20 Runners
Trophies for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place teams
Team Medals for Varsity runners on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place teams (who will advance to the State Championships)
For Junior Varsity Races:
Individual Medals for the Top 20 Runners
Team medals for the top 10 runners on the 1st and 2nd place JV teams.

SOUTH From Atlanta
Hwy I-85 South to Peachtree City/Tyrone Exit (Hwy 74)
Left off exit onto Hwy 74. Follow for 17 miles
(will cross over Hwy 54). Take a left on Redwine road and go two miles and Heritage Christian Church will be on the right at the 4 way stop.
NORTH towards Atlanta
Hwy I-85 North to Peachtree City/Tyrone Exit (Hwy 74)
Right off exit onto Hwy 74. Follow for 17 miles
(will cross over Hwy 54). Take a left on Redwine road and go two miles and Heritage Christian Church will be on the right at the 4 way stop.
