-Varsity races will be limited to 10 competitors per team, while there will be no cap on JV participants.

-There will be a middle school race to follow the JV and Varsity races.

-Long and short sleeve t-shirts as well as dry-fits will be sold by Eagles Sportz.

-Tshirts will be given to the top finishers in the HS and MS races.

Registration: You must register by emailing Coach Matt Hofkes as soon as possible. This meet fills up quickly. We will cap the teams participating at 25.

Entries: Online entries will be done this year using Milesplit.

Cost: $120 per high school ($60 Boys, $60 Girls). If you are bringing a middle school team add $3 per athlete to your entry fee ($50 maximum for the Middle School Race). Please make checks payable to 'Our Lady of Mercy Catholic High School' and mail to 861 Evander Holyfield Hwy, Fayetteville, GA 30214

Course: 1.05 mile loop course. Course is mostly wooded trails, along with two open fields. Runners finish with a 300 meter stretch on the stadium track. The course has been widened on the north side of our campus to open up the race.

Scoring / Timing:
Varsity: 10 runners, 5 scored (FAT timing)
JV: Unlimited runners, 5 scored. All athletes must be able to finish in less than 30 minutes. (FAT timing)
MS: Unlimited runners, 5 scored. (FAT timing)

Parking: There will be a $5 per car fee for all non-athletes and coaches. Please inform race spectators from your team.
