Running Events:
1. 100 meters (Girls 3 Heats of 6, Boys 3 Heats of 6)
2. 200 meters (Girls 3 Heats of 6, Boys 3 Heats of 6)
3. 400 meters (Girls 3 Heats of 6, Boys 3 Heats of 6)
4. 800 meters (Girls 2 Heats of 9, Boys 2 Heats of 9)
5. 1600 meters (Girls 1 Heat Waterfall Start, Boys 1 Heat Waterfall Start)
6. 3200 meters (Girls 1 Heat Waterfall Start, Boys 1 Heat Waterfall Start)
7. 100 meter hurdles (Girls 3 Heats of 6, Boys 3 Heats of 6)
8. 4 x 100 meter relay (Girls 3 Heats of 6, Boys 3 Heats of 6)
9. 4 x 400 meter relay (Girls 3 Heats of 6, Boys 3 Heats of 6)

2nd place 8 pts
3rd place 6 pts
4th place 4 pts
5th place 2 pts
6th place 1 pt

Notes:
Seeding: In the running events, we seed the fastest 6 runners in Heat 1.
The next 6 fastest Heat 2 and the last 6 in Heat 3. In the 800 meters, we are going to seed the fastest 9 in Heat 1 and the last 9 in Heat 2.
In the 1600 meters and the 3200 meters, we are going to waterfall start each event taking the top 6 times.
