Entries: Due to the Region Secretary by April 11th. (Please note that boys and girls need to be turn in at the same time). Teams must enter their athletes on www.ga.milesplit.com as well as turning in entries to the Region Secretary. These entries are due on Monday, April, 16th at 8:00pm

Clerking-Done in a designated area. No Athletes are allowed on the infield unless they are getting ready to run. Clerks will be provided by New Manchester.
Jury of Appeals- Douglas County, Sprayberry, South Paulding
Tents-please place tents in the designated area.
Heats- In the following events-100, 200, 400, 100/110 Hurdles, 4x 100, 4 x 400 and 800 we will run four heats of 7 or 8 with the heat winner plus the next four fastest advancing to the final.
There will be a $5 charge for admission.
