Thomas Fitzgerald (Langston Hughes): A hurdle specialist, Fitzgerald has posted a season-best of 53.55s in the 400m hurdles, marking him as one of the top contenders in the state for the 300m hurdles as well.
Distance and Mid Distance
The middle and long-distance fields are packed with seasoned veterans looking to finish their high school tenures with a kick.
Kristopher Strong (Stockbridge): Strong has emerged as a premier distance threat in Class 4A. With a 4:17.50 in the 1600m and a sub-9:40 in the 3200m, he has the tactical experience to navigate crowded championship fields.
Aaron Brodrick (Oconee County): A standout since his early days, Brodrick continues to lead the pack with a staggering 9:03.14 PB in the 3200m. His endurance translates to top-tier 1600m and 3200m performances.

Grant Campbell: Campbell is an impressive dual threat jumper who boasts PR's of 6-8 in the high jump and 24-1.5 in the Long Jump. He is also a name to watch on their relay teams given his speed in the 200m.
"Others to Watch": The Final Push
Several other seniors are peaking at the right time, each bringing unique strengths to their respective programs:
Will Jacobs: Known for his explosive starts in the short sprints, Jacobs is looking to shave those final hundredths off his 100m time to secure a spot in the state finals.
Raleigh Wesley: A reliable relay leg and open sprint specialist, Wesley's senior leadership has been vital for his team's success, as has his speed with PR's of 10.55 and 21.18.
Bryce Mines (Maynard Jackson): Mines is a rare talent who bridges the gap between the 800m (1:59.50) and the jumping pits, where he has recorded a massive 49-6.25 in the triple jump. Look for him to be a part of their field event squad and also on a relay team or two.
Marcos Moten (Arabia Mountain): Bringing football-honed strength to the field, Moten is a physical force in the throwing events, hitting distances of
Xavier Lowe: A dark horse in the horizontal jumps, Lowe has shown steady improvement throughout the spring and is a threat to disrupt the rankings at sectionals.
