We would like to congratulate the following athletes who have been selected as TEAM GEORGIA.
The Atlanta Track Club has continued its generosity with youth athletics and has agreed to once again sponsor TEAM GEORGIA by outfitting the top 15 boys and 15 girls who will run at the Footlocker South XC meet. The Footlocker South Regional will take place in Charlotte, NC on Saturday, 11/27 and is the precursor to the National XC Championships.
It is important that the committee know who is actually running at Footlocker South so we can be assured that all the uniforms are utilized and that Georgia is well represented!!!. Please respond to one of the selection committee members if you are competing at FOOTLOCKER so we will know if we need to hold a TEAM GEORGIA jersey for you. Alternates will move up as we narrow the list over the next few days. Please email the following by Monday 11/22 to confirm your participation in Footlocker. Coach Monk will be at the expo in Charlotte from 5:30-7pm to distribute the TEAM Georgia jerseys and T-shirts. IF you are unable to be at the Expo during this time frame please look for the TEAM GEORGIA tent at the meet to get your gear.
