McEachern girls took home the team title over Marietta while the Marietta boys returned the favor. In a meet that featured 78 elite perfromances! The meet featured some outstanding distance performances as Ben Hubers captured the 1600 and 3200m runs in 4:18.55 and 9:33.57. The boys 800m featured 4 athletes under 2 minutes, with Derrickus Johnson, of South Cobb, taking the win in 1:57.49.
On the girls side, Emily Bernhardt, of Lassiter, took home gold in the women\'s discus with a throw of 122\'1\". Taylor Adams, of Sprayberry, posted an impressive win in the 800m going under 2:17 for victory. McEachern\'s relay teams captured gold in both the 4x100 and 4x400, winning both in impressive fashion.Kishelle Paul, also of McEachern, ran an impressive 43.94 for the win in the 300 hurdles.
