Lidia Lo Faro had a strong showing at state her senior year
Here's how the senior girls stack up at the 2025 GHSA State Championships. I love putting this list together every year. It's fun to see a few trends. First of all it's fun to see which girls ran at state all four years, which is not an easy accomplishment. But it's also fun to see who ran state fir the first time, which had to be exciting for those runners. But it's also fun to see the progression that the girls made over the years too.
A very impressive 54 girls ran at state all four years led by Josie Hutchinson, Mary Nesmith, and Grace Danser. Meanwhile Taylor Walstad was the fastest senior who made her debut at the state meet in her final year.
