Now that Nike Southeast is over and we know how Georgia kids did, we can turn our focus to the Foot Locker South Regional Race. It'll be interesting to see if any Georgia kids double back to do this meet too after racing on Saturday in Cary. Foot Locker is the original national championship. And although it was originally called the Kinney Regionals and Nationals, it's most commonly referred to as Foot Locker. So thankfully it's back to that name after a couple of different name changes the last two years. Georgia kids have historically run very fast on this course, but it's important to note that the current layout is about 20 seconds or so slower than the original. The change was made in 2015.
