The Frederick twins form Druid Hills are a force to be reckoned with this spring
Now that we're much deeper into the season, it's time to take a look at the updated senior rankings. There are a bunch of really special performances so far and several that have cracked the top ten all time performances for both girls and boys. Sanaa and Sole Frederick have gone 5th and 8th all time in the 100 with their times of 11.40 and 11.43 while also going 7th and 9th all time in the 200 with their times 23.24 and 23.27. Kennedy Myers is now 8th all time in the 100m hurdles with her time of 13.52. Mary Rozier is now tied for 10th all time in the long jump after her jump of 20-2.5. On the boys side you've got Zion Ragins who moves up to 5th all time while teammate Tyler Stewart is now 9th all time in the 100m thanks to their times of 10.24 and 10.30 respectively. Lakhi Roland is also now 10th all time in the long jump thanks to his jump of 24-8.5
