Every week we will take a look at the most improved athletes in a given discipline. And now that the Middle School State Meet is in the books, this week we will look at the most improved middle school athletes. In order to make this list you had to be in the top 500 times in your event. We've got athletes listed for both boys and girls in all of the individual sprinting, hurdling, and distance running events.
