Jamie Marlowe keeps getting better every week, what will happen next week at state? Photo by Marc Logan
Even though the regions have gotten smaller and (most) are less competitive than they used to be, we still saw plenty of quick times over the last two weeks. James May dropped a 15:40 at the 3-AAAAAAA meet. Eli Corn showed up big with a 15:44 at the 5-AAAAAA meet. And Ethan Nordman threw down a very quick 15:49 at the 8-AAAAAAA meet on a course not known for its speediness. On the girls side Caroline Hood continued to blow our minds with a 17:36 at the 6-AA meet. Continuing to improve on an already solid season was Jamie Marlowe who put up an 18:31 at the 6-AAAAA meet. And Carmel Yonas continued to do her thing with another 18:31 at the 6-AAAAAAA meet.
