Westminster's Girls have been on a roll since that 'infamous' tie declared by the GHSA back in 2013 over an hour after the race was official and after the Awards Ceremony had been completed withTeam Cups presented (I will spare you all the details) Schools have been closing the gap, with Lovett coming close last Fall 10 points back at State and Pace 23. The Lady Cats' are in a bit of a rebuilding year losing Naima Turbes and only return 6 of their top 12. But, they have a strong freshman class including 2019 MS 3200m Champ Palmer Walstad. They annually start off very slow, with their first Invite at Carrollton Orthopedic, but by October are hitting on all cylinders thru State.
