Emma Grace Hurley of Fellowship Christian Qualifies for Foot Locker Nationals Again!

Emma Grace Hurley of Fellowship Christian has accomplished a feat very few can boast of... being a repeat Qualifier for the Foot Locker National Championships..Hurley put it on the line, and left it all out on the revamped McAlpine Greenway Course placing 7th clocking a 17:24 earning another trip to San Diego, Cali..Emma Grace spoke with Ga.MileSplit.com about her race.

"It's an amazing opportunity to be able to return to Foot Locker nationals. I had some personal/health challenges to get through in late October and November, so I really wasn't sure what to expect going into the race. But the rough times and the good times are all a part of God's plan, and I learned from it. The race went much better than I expected, and I was able to stay relaxed through most of the race. I'm even more excited this year to return to nationals, especially since there are 3 of us girls going from Georgia. I can't wait to do my best in San Diego to represent Georgia and hopefully help the South girls to our second consecutive national win."
