A Public Boys may have been relieved a bit getting to run the State Course on the re-routed course - 'Separation Slope,' though they had to deal with it after 6A competed... Drew Charter Senior must have enjoyed the mud, winning by 50 points placing 3 on the All-State squad, including: Henry Cox in 5th (19:22), Jeremiah Furlow 6th (19:28) and Isaiah Dubose 8th (19:41)

The top 4 Individuals came from all over Georgia. Running as an Individual Qualifier and winning the Overall Boys title in a solid time of 18:27 was Blake Bargeron from Telfair County. Andres Abeja from Echols County was runnerup clocking a 18:45, followed by Sr Adan Martinez from Hawkinsville 3rd (18:54) and Tyler Grimsley from Towns County (19:18) led his squad to a 3rd place Podium appearance. Leading Georgia Miltary to a 2nd place team finish in 9th place was Kaylon Farley (19:42). The final Podium squad came from Atkinson County. Also making the All-State squad were a pair of Montgmery County runners including: Israel Sanchez 7th (19:32) and Josue Ramirez 10th (19:43)
