3A is loaded Individually as 10 of the top 14 boys from the State meet are set to return. This group is headed by defending 3A XC and 3200 Meter Champ Chase Kennedy from East Jackson and his twin bro Chandler Kennedy (2nd in XC, 3rd in 1600) Look for Decatur's Sam Ellis to move up this season after a great Outdoor season in which he swept the 3A 800 and 1600 titles. Oconee boasts a pair of strong individuals led by Michael Hans and Issac Krumm. Blessed Trinity as a trio of speedsters with Ben McCoy, Robby Gipson and Leo Pryor.
