AA 1600- Serena Triodi was tough in the 3200 Thursday nite and was a huge favorite to take the 1600. It was a race for about a lap with Stephanie Ward trying to go with her but Tripodi quickly broke down the field separating before 600 meters had been covered. Tripodi was very happy with her sub 5: finish at 4:59.96 adding another Gold to her resume. Ward held off a late challenge by Abby Kettle of GAC taking 2nd in 5:16.21 to Kettle's 5:16.87. Bleckley's Ellen Powell had a nice race placing 4th clocking a 5:21. (Full Video coming Sunday or Monday)
