From the start, the outcome of this race was never in question, as Serena Tripodi took the race out early and disapeared from the field with leads of up to 200 meters winning easily in 10:54 giving State team title favorite Lovett 10 big points with chances good she'll dial up another 10 Friday evening in the 1600. Abby Kettle of GAC soldiered on picking up 8 team points placing a strong 2nd at 11:36. Ellie Bradach from Wesleyan School placed 3rd in 11:56, Lauren Hooper of Darlington was 4th in 12:08 and Lovett's Melissa Houghton placed 5th picking up 4 points in 12:25
