The Varsity Girls race was brutal as several girls dropped after finishing but Audrey Honiotes was up for the challenge running away for the win in a great time of 20:06 sparking a 2nd place team finish. Buford frosh Lauryn Davidson was 2nd in 21:11 leadin the Wolves to the team title, Makayla Hewell of Banks County was 3rd in 21:31 and Winder's Micah Weathers 4th in 21:46. Pace Academy took advantage of their late meet entry placing 3rd in the team scoring.

Mountain View's Boys enjoyed the scenery in Clarkesville Saturday taking back to Lawrenceville the team title paced by Boys overall winner Tyler Barber as he sailed over the hot, moist turf clocking a 17:08. Juan Ortega from Gainesville took runnerup honors in 17:19 pushing the Red Elephants to 3rd place. Soph Austin Walden from Loganville cranked out a 17:58 for 3rd place and Jack Douglass from Pace Academy took 4th leading his squad to 2nd in team scoring.
