Ashley Kehoe's transistion from 5A to 6A has been impressive as she won the Girls Overall title at Berry Clara Bowl by :03 over runnerup Serena Tripodi of Lovett earning 6A Girls 'Runner of the Week' honors

With Tyler Woodrome and Eric Westog gone, Sam Costa is now the the top Hawk at Mill Creek. Costa nearly ran down Miles on the uphill finish placing 2nd in 16:19. A week earlier he turned in a 10:11 at the State Races.
